Dealer Services Specialist

As a Dealer Services Specialist, you’ll gain responsibility for maintaining current customer relationships. You will be the face and voice of Affiliated to our business clients. We will teach you how to effectively communicate and interact with all types of our long-term business partners. You’ll learn proper problem solving and conflict management. All positions offer fully-paid comprehensive on-site training.

Areas of Focus Include:

  • Offering excellent customer service in a contact center environment
  • Answering high incoming call volume
  • Relaying information to local emergency personnel agencies
  • Processing supply and equipment orders, as well as, providing dealers with account reports
  • Providing general technical support for installers

  • Associate Degree required
  • Ability to memorize specific terms related to standard procedures
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing

 

Monitoring Specialist

We are currently seeking Monitoring Specialists to join our talented Monitoring department. All positions offer fully-paid comprehensive on-site training.

Areas of Focus Include:

  • Monitoring emergency alarm signals in a 24/7 call center environment
  • Communicating with subscribers and clients to relay information and collect data
  • Utilizing monitoring systems to update accounts and document activity
  • Dispatching emergency services as necessary, including the police, fire department, EMS
