C24 Interactive Services are moving to Telguard HomeControl
Connect 24 has made the decision to exit the interactive services business and focus on its other communication services. The C24 Interactive division will be migrating to Telguard’s HomeControl interactive platform before the end of September 2013.
To continue receiving interactive services through Telguard HomeControl, your customers MUST prior to September 27th:
- Log into https://portal.c24manager.com
- Review the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
- Accept the new terms
- Consent to the transfer of their account data & agree to the new license terms
- Download new mobile applications & login to the Telguard site for web services
Your customers will receive further details from Telguard once they have completed the above steps.
