Listen to Two-Way Voice Calls on Our Dealer Portal

Affiliated continues to add services that can help you better serve your customers. In addition to being able to listen to calls made by operators handling your alarms, you can now also listen to two-way voice and PERS recordings straight from our Dealer Portal.
When you check the event history on an account with an operator intervention, you will see a link in the comments column. Simply click the phone number or full clear event to download the file and play the recording.
