Data Change Tracking
We are excited to announce that Affiliated will be implementing a new tool for you to track account data changes.
Starting on August 5th, any email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org will be automatically logged into our new customer request management system. You will receive instant notification that Affiliated has received your email, and will be assigned a unique case number. This unique identifier allows you to immediately reference your request at a future date. You will also receive a confirmation email once your changes have been completed.
Call our Account Management team today at 800.434.4000 ext. 3811 if we do not have an email address on file for your company.
Please note that requests sent via fax will not receive automated email responses.
