Easily Place Accounts In or Out of Service on the Dealer Portal
We’ve made it simple to activate new accounts or cancel existing accounts using our Dealer Portal.
By submitting your customer’s information using the New Account Submission Form, the account will be placed in service and we will begin monitoring signals as soon as you receive a confirmation email.
To take an existing account out of service, click the Account In/Out Service tab on the left-hand menu when you are in the account. After you confirm your password again, we will no longer monitor signals for that account.
The account cannot be reinstated through the portal for 72 hours. If you decide to put an account back in service after that period, click the same tab and enter your password again. We will begin to monitor signals immediately, and billing will begin again.
