Use Our New Monitoring Agreement
Our new simplified monitoring agreement lets your salesmen sign up customers quicker. Our new shorter agreement only requires the name, address and signature of the customer.
This agreement is great for when you complete a sale and want to sign up a customer but the installation is scheduled for a later date.
You can get the monitoring agreement signed and then once you have the customer’s account and zone information, you can enter that information directly into Affiliated’s Dealer Portal or submit it to us on our separate New Customer Information form (which does not require a customer’s signature).
