New feature: Leave notes about your customers right in the Portal!
We’re excited to share the latest feature that’s just been added to the Affiliated Partner Portal: Account Notes!
With Account Notes, you and your team can put information about your customers right on the Site Info page. Whenever you view these customers’ accounts this information will be easily accessible.
You can use the Account Notes feature to take note of anything:
- Service instructions
- Billing status
- Pet warnings
- Internal data entry notes
- And more!
Go ahead and try it. Just look for the Add Notes button on the Site Info page.
