New Premium Feature: Log comments about your activities in Event History!
Portal+ is a new premium offering which brings CRM and other non-monitoring features to Affiliated’s award winning Portal. We are currently developing a suite of Portal+ features that will make it easier for you to run your business and deliver great customer service.
Our first feature in Portal+ is Activity Comments. You have told us that you need a place to keep track of conversations and important information about your customers not just related to monitoring. We also hear that you often struggle with keeping everyone in your company in the loop on conversations with customers. Activity Comments solves these problems and more.
With Activity Comments you’ll be able to capture any moment you want in Event History1:
- Phone calls with customers
- Service appointment outcomes
- Notes about changes you made to customer information
- And more!
Activity Comments will appear in a customer’s Event History section in the Portal and will show the date and time the comment was logged and which user created it.
