Telephony Platform Upgrade
As we continue to grow, Affiliated will be conducting an upgrade to our state-of-the-art Avaya telephony platform. This will add new features, capabilities and extensive capacity for the future. This upgrade will occur at a point during the period of time from Saturday, August 21st at 3:00 AM to 4:00 AM Eastern Time. Please know that there may be a momentary reduction in our telephone call capacity during a very short period in that time window. IP and cellular communication will not be impacted.
These upgrades and improvements to our services and infrastructure allow Affiliated to offer the best monitoring services available and support the continued growth of our partners.
