The Security of Your Accounts is Important to Us

It is a good practice to update your employees’ Star Codes once a year to maintain the security of your company. In addition, every technician and office employee should have his or her own Star Code.

Star Codes are verbal passwords that give employees access to your accounts and help you keep track of who does access them. Individual Star Codes also make it easy to revoke access when an employee leaves your company.

We can also give your employees log-in credentials for our Dealer Portal, allowing them to place systems on test from their phones or manage your accounts online. Again, all changes are tracked by user.
