Track Your Emailed Onlines, Updates & Cancelations
With Affiliated’s request management system, which we launched earlier this year, you can track all your emails sent to us for account onlines, updates and cancelations. Here’s how it works:
- You send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with an account online or update.
- You will instantly receive a reply confirming Affiliated’s receipt of the request. The reply includes a unique case number you can use to reference your request.
- You will receive a confirmation email as soon as Affiliated’s Dealer Services team has completed updating the account information.
