You Can Now View Monitoring Agreements on the Dealer Portal
Need to check the details of a customer’s agreement on file? Now you can view a copy of the signed agreement on our Dealer Portal.
Simply log on to the portal and open the specific customer. Under the Current Status tab, you will see a link to View Agreement.
From there you may check names, addresses, signatures and dates on your customers’ agreements. As always, under the Account Statistics Overview tab, you can see how many and which accounts still do not have agreements on file with us.
Agreements will be available 30 days after they are submitted to Affiliated. For more information on this new feature, please call Account Management at 800.296.9000.
