We made the decision to absorb the existing monitoring staff into the Affiliated family so that there would be minimal disruption for the partner and its end users while providing a low-cost entry for the partner into a full suite of modern monitoring capabilities.
Today, Affiliated provides service to tens of thousands of commercial fire, security, and video accounts for this partner.
Affiliated was able to significantly reduce monitoring costs, improve the customer experience, and open new avenues for the partner’s sales organization. Enhanced technology and monitoring expertise allowed the partner to start offering IoT devices, interactive video systems in a multitude of applications, and lone worker devices (to name just a few) to complement the existing offerings.
